From the perspective of expense, this plant is more expensive, however the efficiency is higher. For the max. feeding size is 50mm, while some materials beyond 50mm, which can wear more. The materials discharged by cone crusher-the secondary crusher have average and similar shape and they are under 50mm, so the secondary crusher is necessary.

There are 3 special cases in sand making plant:

The first one is that the natural sand accounts for more than 20% in the raw material. The best way is that screening these sand out primarily, these sand can be final product. Take the bigger materials into account, we can choose the fit assembly, and process the smaller materials using the secondary crusher directly.

Then, most of the materials are unless than 50mm, only 20%-30% beyond 50mm, we'd better screen firstly, process the smaller materials directly by VSI sand making machine. The others should be crushed by jaw crusher or cone crusher, then processed by VSI sand making machine.

Thirdly, the sand making plant has been set, while the sand of 0-5mm is in low ratio, what we should do is adding VSI sand making plant and sand washing machine. The sand of 5-10mm can be crushed by VSI sand making machine directly, in this way we can get fine sand in a high ratio.
