The process of sand making plant has a little difference with that of stone crushing plant. Firstly, the material will be removed to feed bin from the truck. The feed bin will always be made in work site according to the actual situation. Then the material of sand making plant enters into the vibrating feeder. It should be noticed that the vibrating feeder can be omitted if the capacity required is small. The stone which crushed by jaw crusher will be sent to the impact crusher. But if the material of sand making plant is hard we will have to choose cone crusher instead. We need a vibrating screen to obtain the eligible which will be sent into the VSI sand making machine, while the unqualified stone will be re-crushed. The product which comes out of the VSI sand making machine will be transported to the former vibrating screen. The final products of the sand making plant will be screened and the unqualified sand will be re-crushed. We may also use a sand washing machine to clean the final sand.
