In addition, when the materials enter the machine, we must confirm that the max. feeding size of the raw material mach with the machine’s requirements. If not, the crusher’s wearing parts will be broken in a short time and the productivity of the whole sand making plant will be lower. In the process of the production, we must keep every inspection door close.
At last, when stop the plant, the turn is opposite. Otherwise, it will do harm to the machine, which will cause the raw material pile up in the equipment. Operating the equipment as the manual and timely maintenance will ensure the sand making plant utility maximization.
