In the standard sand making plant, generally it includes vibrating feeder, primary crushing equipment, and secondary crushing equipment, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine and belt conveyor. There is a closed-circuit circulation in the sand making plant between the primary crusher and secondary crusher, as well as between the secondary crusher and sand making machine. This is just the general configuration of sand making plant. However, under some circumstances, the configuration of sand making plant will different from this, here is one example:
Once, one of our customers needs a sand making plant with 50TPH. But its maximum feeding size is 50mm. Under such circumstance, we use a cone crusher before the sand making machine instead of using the primary crusher. And another different point is that we do not use the vibrating screen before the sand making machine because the maximum feeding size of this sand making plant is in the range which sand making machine can carry. This is the small feeding size that due to this configuration of the sand making plant.
This example shows that configuration of sand making plant must be particular analyzed and cannot be treated as the same.
