The sand making plant is usually composed of jaw crusher, jaw fine crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, etc. for its procedures of stone crushing, screening, classifying, sand washing, and conveying. The following tips are all on those procedures: 

1. The primary screening and classifying of the sand making plant.

The raw stones and sands in the natural quarry is always mixed with grass, trees and bushes, and earth and mud, etc. that are supposed to be removed before the raw material collection and exploitation. Afterwords, the impurities in the material should be completely removed with the help of the screening equipments.         

2. The crushing of ultra-large stones of the sand making plant.

Ultra-large stones tend to exist in the material and puts big burden on the primary crushing in practice. In this situation, the ultra-large stones should be crushed once or twice into small stones with crushing hammer or labyrinth screen for the convenience of the following crushing procedures. 

3. The screening and washing of the sand making plant.

 In order to meet the requirements on the size, purity, and grading of the final sand, the semi-products of different procedures should be screened, washed, and classified with vibrating screens and sand washing machine as per the final demand, and piled in grade.

4. The disposal of the wasted material of the sand making plant.

The wasted materials come from three sources: the materials form crushing, the materials from ultra-large stones, and the materials of natural grading inconsistent with that designed. All of these wasted materials are supposed to be well piled and disposed without any harm or pollution. 

5. The second screening and washing of sand making plant.

The final sands are inclined to be damaged about their size and mixed with earth and mud after transmission of long distance and storage of long time, and thus need to be screened, washed, and classified once more for purpose of high quality.
