4、Operation specifications b☆¥ δefore coating

Preparation for startup:

Start the fan and UV lamp 30 minut πes in advance to ensu♦§≈₩re the stability of the clean δ∞area.

Use a particle counter t★✘←δo check the cleanliness of the w←£∑ork area (target ≤100 level).

Substrate treatment steps:

Pre-cleaning: Wipe the subst↕↕φ¶rate surface with a dust‍×←Ω-free cloth dipped in♥≈ high purity isopropyl <★alcohol (IPA).

Placement: Base material in the c‍✔♠enter of the table, avoid near π↓the edge (airflow disturbanc ♦αe area).

Electrostatic elimination: Use ion≠←$↔ fan or electrostatic brush to eliminat$<≤e static electricity on the surΩ₽©face of the substrate to preveλγ‍₽nt adsorption of particles.

Personnel operation requirements:

Wear dust-free clothing, gloves >→and masks to avoid h→'uman dander or respiratory coλ£ntamination.

The operation is light and s≥γ•low to reduce airflow disturbance.

6、Maintenance

Daily maintenance:

Clean the table afte∏↑r daily use and wipe the resi↕'αdual solvent with a dust-free cloth.←‍↔

Monthly monitoring of wind speσ↑ ed and pressure differen₹'★ce to ensure the uniformity of↓€® air flow.

Filter replacement:

HEPA filter: Replace every ¶ε‍1-2 years or when the press←$ure difference is ≥250Pa.

Pre-filter: Clean or replace every 3-6 $→months.

Calibration and Cert≈←ification:

Every year, a third party testing orα'↑ganization is commissi®Ω☆¥oned to conduct cleanliness certificati✘♥§on (ISO 14644 standard ®↑<).

 

7、Precautions

Prohibited operation: Act‍¶∏÷ivities that produce dust (such as g≤©>rinding and cutting) in a dust-fre§•e workbench.
